This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") to explain, when you contact us through our website, the purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data, who it may be transferred to and why, how it is collected, and your rights in this regard.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Evaluating the quotation requests and messages you submit through our website,
• Contacting you and responding regarding your request,
• Carrying out and planning our commercial activities related to the services we provide,
• Fulfilling our legal obligations arising from applicable legislation.

Your personal data is not used for any marketing or profiling purpose beyond these stated purposes.

Categories of Personal Data Processed

The following categories of personal data are processed within this scope:

• Identity data: full name
• Contact data: email, phone, company name, country
• Transaction security data: IP address, server log records
• Customer transaction data: the service you requested, message content

Transfer of Personal Data

Within Türkiye, your personal data may be shared, to a limited extent, only with legally authorized public institutions and, where necessary, with suppliers from whom we receive services (such as server and infrastructure providers). Where Google Analytics is used, measurement data may be processed on Google's servers located abroad. Other than this, your personal data is not transferred abroad.

Method of Collection and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected entirely in electronic form, through your own declaration of will, by filling in the contact form on our website. Beyond the form, the technical log records generated automatically on our servers when you visit our website are also among the data collected under this notice.

This data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: that processing is necessary for the data controller's legitimate interest, provided this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, and that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract. Where fulfilling our legal obligations is required, the legal basis set out in the relevant legislation applies instead.

Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, as the data subject you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information about it if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether within Türkiye or abroad,
• Request correction if your personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data,
• Request that any correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• Object to a result that is to your detriment arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Request compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

To exercise the rights listed above, you may submit your request in writing to our address above or by email to info@tuvaenerji.com. Under Article 13 of the KVKK, your application is concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature; where the process requires an additional cost, a fee set under the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested.
